I’ve created these pop-up painting workshops a supportive and chilled out environment for you to explore your artistic side.I began painting again after a 30 something year gap. It was out of necessity as life felt really challenging with menopause symptoms and feeling like I had lost my self. I really needed something that made me feel good again. I would love other women to feel the benefits of making Art and to experience the joy for themselves.
Each session is more than just a painting workshop, it's a creative wellbeing experience designed to boost your confidence, reduce stress, and connect you with like-minded women. I keep workshops small so everyone gets the attention, support and encouragement they deserve. Discover the therapeutic power of art and leave with not just a painting, but a renewed sense of self.
If you’re not able to attend a workshop feel free to arrange one at home or in a location of your choosing.Lovely for friends who just want a cosy get together or celebrate a special occasion.
